Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All Rootsense orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Hong Kong and Dongguan, China.

Delivery within Hong Kong

Delivery within Hong Kong is free. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

International delivery

International orders ship with DHL Express and typically arrive within 3–6 business days of dispatch. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Size-based (dimensional) rates

Couriers bill by the space a parcel occupies, not only by its weight, so a light but large box can attract a higher size-based rate. Bulky items such as our Halo bags ship in a reinforced master carton (524 × 275 × 315 mm) because the bag deforms in flimsier packaging — we would rather protect your order than cut corners on the box.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are charged to the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
