Shipping Information

Where we ship from

All Rootsense orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Hong Kong and Dongguan, China.

Delivery in Hong Kong

Delivery within Hong Kong is free.

International delivery

International orders ship with DHL Express and typically arrive within 3–6 business days of dispatch. The cost is calculated at checkout for your destination.

Why bulky items cost more to ship

Couriers bill by the space a parcel occupies, not only by its weight. A light but large box attracts a higher size-based rate. Our Halo bags ship in a reinforced master carton (524 × 275 × 315 mm) because the bag deforms in flimsier packaging — we would rather protect your order than cut corners on the box.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are charged to the recipient.
