Frequently Asked Questions

How does Air Trent purification work?

The Shoekong Halo bags use Air Trent technology to deodorise and disinfect the inside of the bag. Double-tap the ring to run a cycle.

Should I choose the Halo or the Halo Mini?

The full-size Halo fits shoes, kit, a towel and a laptop. The Halo Mini covers gym essentials and weekend trips, and ships in a smaller carton — so international delivery costs less.

Do I need refills or consumables?

The purification modules are built into the products rather than being disposable refills. If you have a question about a specific model, contact us.

Orders and delivery

Where do you ship from?

Hong Kong and Dongguan, China.

Is Hong Kong delivery free?

Yes — delivery within Hong Kong is free.

How much is international shipping?

It is calculated at checkout by destination, size and weight. Bulky items such as the Halo bags attract a size-based (dimensional) rate, which is why their delivery costs more than a small item.

Can I order a Halo without its gift box?

No. Every Halo ships in its reinforced master carton — sent loose, the bag deforms in transit.
